Hits4Pay are a company that will send out emails with advertisements in to their customers. These advertisements contain links that money will be earned when they have been clicked on by the members.
As an incentive to sign up to their program, they give you a $10 sign up bonus. But you can't get the money until you reach the minimum amount of $25 earnings. For every link that you click on in the email it will get you $0.02 in your Hits4Pay account. There are other ways of earning cash though, like when you refer people you will get $0.01 for each referal, and $0.01 for each email they read.
